So far only McDrive has had experience due to the pandemic: The staff is super friendly and nothing has ever been forgotten when ordering.

Citizens are deliciously juicy with lots of salad

Often they forget to put a hamburger or a toy into happymild.

Unfriendly service at the cash register !!!! When asked if they let us know when we are allowed in (max. 3 customers are allowed in) we are told by a blonde at the checkout that she cannot see brightly and that we should eat somewhere else. 5 customers and I drove away again to such an answer👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 If you are overwhelmed you should change jobs 🤙🏼

No milkshakes because machine has broken down (again!!!). No special burger: “ausverkauft”!

I'm not really a fan of fast food, but when you need two large fries for a quick snack ... Very nice, clean and accommodating.

If the staff is new then please train them sensibly ... Accidentally ordered a crunchy chicken burger instead of a crispy chicken burger in the drive thru and got the answer "we ONLY have the normal chicken burger" which I got ... ( my girlfriend ordered and received the crispy chicken burger 2 minutes in advance). Either someone was not properly trained here or he works for mc donalds for a good reason. Then not even the question of whether in the menu and you just assumed that I wanted fries with mayo before I could even say anything about it.

The employees are disorganized and slow, whereby the employees give the impression that they do not know what they are doing there In addition, the leading force presumably did almost everything on his own

Just popped in for a coffee. It was pretty horrible, but taste is subjective, so maybe other people will like it, but probably not Italians, 'cos they know coffee 😉

Poorly long waiting time not nice food food cold

Well prepared hamburger and fries. Beter than average! Very nice! I will return.

Easily accessible from the highway. Friendly staff. Order quickly at the kiosk. Order was complete and was well warm.

In the morning we took a short break and bought a french fries and a coffee. Everything okay staff were very friendly. On the way back in the late afternoon the same staff completely overwhelmed even though the shop wasn't really full. Toilets were dirty no soap. The soap dispenser was broken and that in Corona times.

With five McDrive times, something was missing every time. The penultimate time the children talked about fruit in the HappyMeal, before that even the toys and yesterday several sauces ... A complaint on the subject was not answered at first, then with the offer of a free meal. However, we have not yet received the specific invitation to dinner ...

More people behind the counter than in front of the counter and still all those who order have to wait far too long and pray not to receive only half of the order. Every time we order something to take away, it must either be checked carefully or, like every other time, back to the branch and the missing items must be picked up. If the Big Mac is done, but the Mc Rip isn't, the burger lies under the heat lamp for 10 minutes and cries. The fries are nice at room temperature, but at least they are nice and soft so I can wipe my tears away. All in all, I'm grateful that this store keeps me away from fast food for 1-2 months after every visit.

On the first visit, we were very, very peaceful. But when we drove back on the way back, 1. the parking lot was very dirty, tables also dirty and something was missing when ordering. My review of McDonalds did not go through either so this visit was NOT nice

Second time there and second time terrible. Unfriendly staff, 20+ minutes waiting time(with kids!) , tables dirty. It simply sucked...will never go there again.

Good , fast lot of choices

Friendly service and friendly atmosphere. After leaving the highway, just before the border with the Netherlands, this Mc Donalds branch is a good opportunity to take a bite to eat. Here families with children also have a chance to let the little ones let off steam because the playground is connected directly to the restaurant. The store is clean and well maintained, so thumbs up.

On the way back home from a day in dusseldorf. Perfect place to eat and relax

Decent for McDonald's, though when it's late the garbage piles up on their return trays as there is nowhere else to throw trash, even in the bathrooms. The floors also get quite greasy. Otherwise the staff is good and the McCafé is quite nice. I think WIFI is available somehow but you need a TMobile account or something? Not sure but I sometimes work from there when avoiding traffic. Would recommend it!
